FREE PSA PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING

In partnership with One Hundred Black men of Eastern New York, The Long Island African American Chambers Of Commerce INC, & American-Italian Cancer Foundation, The Bureau of Brooklyn Neighborhood Health is hosting Free Prostrate Cancer for men.

Free Prostate Cancer Screening is coming to Brooklyn.Join us on Saturday, June 13th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Bedford Health Center, 485 Troop Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221 for a free prostate cancer screening.

This event is for men ages 40–69, who has never been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Screening includes a brief intake of family history and a quick PSA finger prick blood test.

The screening is fast, takes about 5 minutes, and is not invasive. It is only a quick finger prick test.

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting men, and early detection can save lives. Risk increases with age, family history, and it occurs more often in Black men.
