• This is a leading cause of heart disease and stroke, which together K*ll more New Yorkers than any other disease.
• More than one in four New Yorkers have high blood pressure, but there are usually no symptoms.

The Bureau of Brooklyn Neighborhood Health makes connecting to programs and services more efficient by providing a one-stop shop for community residents. Our clinical partners also offer primary care services. The Action Centers are part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
