Free Plant Swap Event

🌳 Set-up: Arrive between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM with your vibrant greens to share, get signed in, set up and mingle with fellow green thumbs.

🌱 First Round Pick: 11:30 Swap begins! Peruse the indoor and outdoor tables and snag your favorite!

🍔 Snacks: Fuel up while you shop the botanical treasures.

🌸 Share the Love: Don't forget to bring along your friends and family to share in the plant-swapping excitement! (They will need to be signed up. You can register for them or send them the link.)

🎨 Optional Paint-a-Pot Craft Station
We’ll have a Paint-a-Pot station for kids (and grown-ups too!) who want to create a keepsake they can take home.

For $5, each participant receives:
• 1 starter planter pot
• 1 paint brush
• 4 mini sauce cups to hold their colors (if taking home)

They can either paint at the station with unlimited access to all paint colors, or take their kit to go and create at their own pace.

To ensure a smooth and delightful plant swapping experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Clean & Healthy Plants Only: Please bring indoor and/or outdoor plants that are free of bugs and disease. Let's keep our plant community thriving and vibrant.
2. Plants in Containers: Plants, clippings, or starts should be contained in a vessel that you don't wish to have returned. This helps keep the swapping process efficient and tidy.
3. Dress Accordingly: Since this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately for the weather.
4. Respectful Swapping: When selecting plants, please do so with consideration for others. Only take plants that you genuinely intend to care for and appreciate.
5. Keep it Tidy: Help us maintain the cleanliness of the event space by disposing of any trash properly.
6. Have Fun & Connect: Most importantly, enjoy yourself and take the opportunity to connect with fellow plant enthusiasts. Share stories, tips, and maybe even make some new plant-loving friends!
