This is a free, friendly, no-judgement group intended to change mindset so we can improve our health. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 6:00 PM at the Movement Studio inside From The Ground Up Therapy and Wellness in St Marys. The group is moderated by a Registered Dietitian and a Personal Trainer.

If you know what you should be doing to take care of yourself but struggle to get it done, this group is for you. Together, we set goals and work through the issues that stand in our way of achieving them.
