Come move with intention, tap into your natural groove, and celebrate the joy of dance in a supportive space.
Bellydance is an ancient art, a body language that uses essential movements of nature is also an effective system to enhance the self-esteem and femininity of women, with multiple benefits on a physical and therapeutic level.
No prior dance experience is necessary, and it is perfect for all fitness levels. Please arrive a few minutes early for easy check-in
