💛 From our grateful heart to yours! 💛
Starting July 12th, we will be offering a 🌼FREE🌼 weekly outdoor Yoga class for your pleasure, healing, enjoyment, and, of course, the opportunity to connect with Mother Nature while practicing Yoga.
Join Anna Lee SUNDAYS at 8:30am for a Guided Yoga Flow class for all levels at HERITAGE PARK, located behind Homer Glen Village Hall at 14240 W. 151st Street.
A few important notes:
➤ Classes will start July 12th and end August 30th
➤ Class will be held from 8:30am to 9:30am
➤ Class will be cancelled in case the weather conditions aren't ideal for practice or any other unexpected matter (all those who pre-registered will get a cancellation/notification email before the class)
➤ Please have your mat
➤ Space is half shaded (image above), please prepare accordingly as needed to comfort your body (hat, sunscreen, etc...)
➤ Please have your water bottle
Although this class is free, we DO require pre-registration to attend, so PLEASE make sure you and anyone you may bring pre- registers!
