Free Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga FLOW at Weston Town Center | 60-Minutes

Join Yoga Joint Weston Saturday October 18th, 2026 at 9 AM for a free 60-minute outdoor vinyasa flow in the heart of Weston Town Center, right behind the iconic Bell Tower. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just stepping onto the mat, this all-levels class will leave you feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to flow into your weekend.

We are hosting this FREE class to encourage you to join us for our Wellness Weekend steps away from where this class will take place.

We will begin our Wellness Weekend at 7AM with Weston Run Club guiding us through a 5K around Town Center. We will have our normally scheduled classess happening Saturday October 18, 2026 in the Hot Studio where you will also find vendors within Weston's Wellness Community!

Expect energizing breath-to-movement sequences, feel-good tunes, and expert guidance from Yoga Joint’s inspiring instructors. This is your chance to stretch, sweat, smile and SHIFT—Weston style.
