Each class is intuitively themed to the current moon's astrological sign—whether that’s fiery Aries or dreamy Pisces—guiding you through a journey of release, reflection, and energetic reset.
What to Expect:
- A soul-soothing 60-minute Yin Yoga practice
- Astrological insight & lunar ritual
- Deep rest, long holds, and guided breathwork
- A welcoming space for all levels—no experience needed
