Our space is designed to encourage intentional breaks to renew focus and creativity so you can move through the day in a way that is equal parts productivity and pleasure.

Timeline of the Day:

• 9am - 10:30am - Coffee, Conversation, & Coworking: Take your time settling in and taking care of anything you need at the start of your day at ALTAR. Whether it's catching up on emails, fitting in your meditation practice, or more, this is the perfect time to set your intentions for the day.
• 10:30am - 11:30am - Rooted in Joy: Journaling to Align Your Goals with Purpose with Bose Akaridi: Join Bose Akadiri, motivational speaker and corporate trainer, for an interactive journaling workshop that will help you reflect on what truly brings you joy, clarify your goals, and connect to your purpose. Through guided prompts and group sharing, you’ll uncover small steps that lead to big changes—all rooted in joy. Bring your favorite notebook and pen, and get ready to explore how mindful journaling can inspire meaningful growth and intentional living.
• 12 - 1pm - Community Lunch: Bring your own lunch or grab something in the neighborhood and eat in conscious community with other women!
• 1:30 - 2:30pm - SoulCollage®️ Open Studio with Kathy Bresler: SoulCollage is a process of creative self-discovery that connects you to your soul's wisdom in playful, yet profound expression. Experience this insightful practice through community guidance, including ALTAR Founder, Kathy Bresler. No prior experience or artistic ability needed - just bring yourself!⁠
• 2:45 - 3:45pm: Connection & Reflection - Eager for soulful connection with other like-minded women? Or perhaps you're ready for some quiet reflection time in our comforting Womb Room? Spend this portion of the day nourishing yourself with what your mind and body crave.
• 4 - 4:30pm: Moon Pod Meditation with Rachel Kathryn Weber - End your day with us in this invitation to relax and realign your spirit before heading home. Energy & Sound Healer, Rachel Kathryn Weber, will guide us in a rich and intuitive meditative practice based on what the community needs to feel restored at the end of the day.
