Vinyasa Inspired Flow
Immerse yourself in a flowing yoga sequence rooted in mindful, breath-centered movement. Think of it as a moving meditation—each posture flows into the next, connecting cuerpo y alma. Expect to relieve tension, cultivate balance, and find your rhythm in a supportive, uplifting space con sabor.

Strength Class
Combine the best of yoga and strength training in this dynamic class. We’ll start with yoga postures for warm-ups to ease you into movement, and wrap up with a soothing yoga cool down, too. In between, prepare for a mix of “échale ganas” strength exercises that challenge both mind and body.

Perfect for building muscle, improving flexibility, and working on YOU ¡sin miedo!
