Therapeutic Nature Experience at Heil Valley Ranch

Join us for a free, professionally guided Nature Therapy group session at beautiful Heil Valley Ranch. This session is focused on Green Excercise, and is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about nature therapy, better their mental health, and reconnect with nature. This session will include a gentle 1.3 mile hike.

What To Bring

1. A notebook and pen.
2. Appropriate shoes, water, and anything else you feel you might need to stay safe and comfortable in nature.
