Free Mums and Bubs Yoga Coburg

Presented by Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Coburg we invite mums to come along with their babies and enjoy some gentle exercise with their little ones. 

This class is a great way to reconnect with your body; provide a new way to enjoy and bond with your baby; and to meet and connect with other mums. 

After the class you are invited to gather in our parent’s lounge for a free barista coffee tea or hot chocolate. Best of all these classes are free! 

We encourage families looking for childcare in the future to attend.

Please bring your own yoga mat with you.

Suitable for babies up to 12 months old and mothers 8+ weeks postpartum with doctor’s clearance.
