Stay warm and healthy in this super cold week, friends! Exciting schedule update - I'm hosting a free monthly community class for everyone in Long Island City, Sunnyside, Woodside, and nearby areas from January to June.
What? Alignment yoga suitable for all levels.
When? Fridays at 4:00pm – 5:15pm on 1/26, 2/23, 3/22, 4/26, 5/31, and 6/28.
