FREE MMA for the Queer Community

Join Coach Lu Villarreal on January 18th at 12:30pm at the NEW location of Black Widow MMA for the next session of our new free monthly MMA class for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! Each month will have a different technique focus. This session we're practicing Thai pad holding for kicking, punching, and elbows. Learn how to throw strikes and be a rad pad holder!

Queer MMA is intended for ages 16+, but younger teens are welcome to participate with an adult who brings them.
