Join Erin on the lawn for a playful journey into mindfulness and emotional literacy with movement games, stories and songs. Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of the moment — helping kids manage their feelings and behaviors, improving attention, social interactions and overall well-being. Free!
Suitable for children ages 2-6 (siblings welcome) with a caregiver.
