Take a moment to slow down and reconnect at our Gather & Ground morning - a special free event just for Heartspace members, taught by Emily & Kerry.
We’ll begin with a deeply calming 75-minute Yin Yoga practice designed to help you gather your energy back to centre. Gently reflect on all you’ve experienced over the year so far, while grounding yourself to prepare for the Winter ahead.
After class, stay for tea, cake, and cosy chats - a chance to chat to the people you see each week in class, share stories, and enjoy some sweet treats in good company.
