An ew meditation course starting.The first class will feature an international guest speaker Prachar Stegeman, who is travelling around the world giving over 60 meditation talks in 60 different cities.
It is an opportunity to learn meditation for the first time or develop your practise and deepen your meditation.
In each class, there are a couple of meditations on different themes such as breathing, silence, and mantra.
