FREE Mat Pilates on the Beach w/ Bodybar Pilates

Join us for a free beach mat Pilates class with the BODYBAR Pilates La Costa and Vista community.

We’ll start the morning with a 45-minute guided mat Pilates class right on the sand, designed to energize your body and set the tone for the weekend. After class, anyone who wants to continue the morning is welcome to join us to walk to get coffee at Better Buzz nearby.

This event is open to members, friends, and anyone who wants to experience BODYBAR Pilates in a fun outdoor setting.

Please arrive 5–15 minutes early to set up your mat. Class will start promptly at 9:00 AM.

After class, feel free to join the group for a walk to grab optional coffee at Better Buzz.
