Mommy + Me Pilates in the Park – by BODYBAR La Costa

Join us for a special Mommy + Me Mat Pilates class at Stagecoach Community Park led by BODYBAR La Costa owner Madeline (with her 9-month-old baby Lennox joining too!).

This relaxed outdoor class is designed for moms with babies and toddlers. If you have older kids, they are welcome to join us as there is a playground. Expect gentle Pilates focused on core strength, posture, and full-body movement, with plenty of flexibility for feeding, diaper changes, or little ones needing attention. Babies, strollers, carriers, and blankets are all welcome.

No pressure, no perfection — just fresh air, movement, and community with other moms.
