Join us at Paws & Pints for a FREE outdoor mat Pilates class! Get your body moving, enjoy the fresh air, and spend your morning with some four-legged friends.

The Animal Rescue League (ARL) will also be joining us with adoptable dogs in the outdoor courtyard, so you can enjoy Pilates and meet some pups while you're here!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle

Location: Paws & Pints Outdoor Courtyard

This class is open to all levels, so whether you're brand new to Pilates or already have some experience, come move with us!
