Finding the Voice of Lent

A workshop that welcomes parish musicians to explore Lenten liturgy, repertoire, chant and antiphons for the season’s prayerful liturgy.
About this Event

Lent leads us toward the heart of the Catholic Church’s year—the Paschal Mystery and the Holy Triduum—and our music helps guide the community on that journey. Join music directors, cantors, accompanists, singers, and instrumentalists as we explore the Church’s musical traditions for this season.

Together we’ll look at the prayer, simplicity, and character of the Lenten liturgy, including chant, antiphons, and seasonal repertoire. You’ll leave with practical ideas, deeper understanding, and music you can bring back to your parish.
