If you are tired of second-guessing yourself, dimming your light, or bending your life around what other people might think, this evening is for you. Crush Your Inner Critic is a heartfelt workshop that invites you to loosen the grip of judgment and step toward your true, soul-level self with clarity and compassion.
Drawing from years of lived practice and teaching about judgment since 2018, Trista will guide you through an honest look at how judgment shows up in everyday choices, relationships, and dreams. Some ideas may stretch your comfort zone. That is intentional. You are encouraged to take what serves, leave the rest, and stay curious about what gets activated and why. We will create a respectful space to feel what you feel and to explore what is true for you.

-How fear of judgment shapes decisions about health, money, love, creativity, and visibility
-Ego patterns that reinforce separation, and the steadier voice of the true self
-Practical ways to interrupt gossip, shame, and self-attack with compassion and boundaries
