About this Event
Ladies Nature Walk: Self-Worth In Practice
Self-worth isn’t something we think our way into.
It’s something we practice — gently, consistently, in the body.
This Ladies Nature Walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through movement, nature, and community.
We’ll gather at Burnaby Lake Regional Park and walk the Piper Spit to Cariboo Dam section — a flat, stroller-friendly route that allows space for conversation, reflection, and ease. This is not a workout. It’s not about distance or pace. It’s about presence.
What this walk is about
- Practicing self-worth through honoring your pace
- Moving your body without pressure or performance
- Letting nature regulate your nervous system
- Connecting with other women in a supportive, non-judgmental space
Throughout the walk, we’ll pause for light reflection prompts and moments of grounding — nothing forced, nothing awkward. You’re welcome to walk quietly, chat, or simply be.
Who this is for
- Women craving gentle movement and fresh air
- Mothers with strollers (this route is accessible)
- Women navigating stress, burnout, or a busy season
- Anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves — without needing to “fix” anything
