Welcome to International Yoga Day conducted by Yoga Seva Sangh – Wellness for All, Service to All.

At Yoga Seva Sangh, we conduct Free online and in-person Yoga classes because we believe that holistic wellness shouldn't be a luxury. As a dedicated non-profit organization, our mission is to make the transformative power of yoga, fitness, and mindfulness accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or background.

What We Do Our events go beyond traditional exercise. We offer a safe, inclusive space for individuals to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. Whether you are joining us for a high-energy Vinyasa flow, a foundational Hatha session, or a calming restorative practice, our classes are designed with a focus on anatomy-based guidance and mindful movement.

• What to bring: A yoga mat and comfortable clothing.

• Guided Mindfulness: To reduce stress and foster inner peace
