Free Group Workout Experience

FiT is more than a workout. It is a high-energy experience where fitness, faith, and community come together in a powerful and practical way.

Each session is designed for all fitness levels and includes a guided high-intensity group workout, a short and relevant message, and intentional time to connect with others. Whether you are just getting started or looking for a fresh reset, FiT creates space for you to grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.

All equipment is provided on site. Just show up ready.

Before and after the workout, a live DJ creates a fun, welcoming, high-energy environment that makes this more than just a class. It is an experience.

Doors open at 6:00 AM to allow time for check-in, registration, and waiver completion. Please arrive early so you can get settled and be ready to start strong.

Spots are limited for each session. Be sure to reserve your free ticket in advance.
