Free for Seniors: Chair Yoga by the Water

Join us at the beautiful Brannon Center (105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach) on November 24th at 11 AM for Chair Yoga by the Water.

Enjoy a gentle, restorative chair-based yoga class with the calming backdrop of the Indian River. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session will help you improve flexibility, balance, and peace of mind, without ever needing to get down on the floor.

A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time.
