Flash Mob Lite is a no-pressure, no-judgment dance party for all humans.
No choreography.
No performance.
No experience needed.
Just movement, joy, community, and permission to be yourself.
We’ll circle up briefly, then jump into a lightly guided + free-flow dance experience where you can move your body however feels good.
