You’ll sear juicy jerk chicken, mix up a bright and refreshing mango salsa, and assemble tacos bursting with flavor—all while mastering essential techniques that make taco night unforgettable.

What You’ll Make:
You’ll prepare fresh handmade tortillas, spicy-sweet jerk chicken, and a tropical mango salsa that ties it all together. Chef Brittany will guide you step-by-step through each process, making the class approachable for beginners yet engaging for more experienced home cooks.

Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a family-friendly outing, or a fun evening with friends, this class blends hands-on learning with lively conversation and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
