• Come to experience Korean, Japanese, and Chinese dances as well as gentle martial arts moves in the spacious mirrored studio of Better Gym, no membership or class fee to pay.
• You will also have an opportunity to try hip pop, Bollywood, Urban and contemporary dance.

• It's part of the multidisciplinary approach adopted by Mile Rainbow to improve physical and psychological wellbeing.
• If you are new, you will need to complete a registration form and health questionnaire besides a feedback form.

• Pictures and videos will be taken. If you don't want to be part of it, please let us know.
