Free Drive Thru Flu Shots - Lebanon High School - October 3

Penn State Health is offering free drive thru flu shots on Saturday, October 3 at the Lebanon High School. Free flu vaccines will be given to anyone 3 years of age and older; no ID or medical insurance is required. Reservations are free and reduce wait times. The total number of tickets should reflect the number of people who plan to receive a flu shot. Please leave pets at home. The event is rain or shine!

Saturday, October 3, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, rain or shine! This is a drive thru event so please plan to stay in your car.

• Register for a 1/2 hour time 'slot' of when you plan to come to the event
• You will be asked to fill out a consent form before receiving your flu shot. You will be given two copies of the form. Please remember to provide your health care provider and/or employer with a record of this flu vaccination.
• Please wear loose fitting clothing. Adults must be able to access one shoulder.
• Click on the green 'Register' button to select the number of tickets and time you estimate you will arrive.
