Join us for a free (or optional donation) open Satsang with Sudhir Rishi, Director of Teacher Trainings at Sthira Yoga. With over 30 years in the fields of yoga, meditation, philosophy, and Ayurveda – including eight years as a monk – Sudhir shares deep insights from his personal journey and vast teaching experience. Having led over 200 yoga teacher trainings and countless retreats across Asia and Europe, his teachings are known for blending profound wisdom with simplicity.This Satsang offers a space for Q&A on yoga and spiritual matters, guided by a teacher who has studied with masters, practiced diverse traditions, and lived near Sri Ramana Maharshi’s Ashram for over two decades, combining his time in the Ashram with teaching Yoga.
