Our Aerial Yoga workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness and no previous experience of yoga or aerial work is needed, just bring an open mind with a sense of fun!
In this 2-hour session, you will be seated in the hammock at the beginning, folded over the hammock for a downward dog, resting back into the hammock during sun salutations and suspended in the hammock for inversions, as well as flipping in and out! At the end of the workshop you will also get the chance to fully unwind and rejuvenate by lying down in the hammock during Savasana.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS SESSION:
⭐Please arrive 15 minutes early to set the height of your hammock with our support and to do any necessary paperwork.
⭐Arrive well-hydrated.
⭐Eat lightly an hour or so before class; don’t come with a full stomach.
⭐Clothing: Your t-shirt must cover your armpits and your pants/leggings must cover the backs of the knees - preferably cotton.
⭐The following are NOT allowed in the hammocks:• jewellery of any kind: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings,• clothing with zips, buckles or buttons• long or sharp finger/toe nails/acrylic nails.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to turn people away, without refund, if they arrive with any of the above as these items rip the hammock fabric. In the case of jewellery this can of course be removed before the workshop.
