This sedation clinic is to help our neighbors who are anxious and in need of dental treatment, but cannot afford it. On these days, participants who qualify will receive two FREE DENTAL PROCEDURES (fillings, extractions or a cleaning), as well as a FREE consultation and x-ray visit!
Participants must be 18 years or older, have a responsible/able driver (18 years or older) to and from the dental procedure, and must not be pregnant. Bring a list of all medications to the consultation.
Must attend a screening appointment to have a health history completed and to schedule an appointment date during the clinic times. Currently scheduling for June dates.

**Crowns, implants, dentures or partials, orthodontics, and root canals are NOT included as free dental treatment for this clinic.
