FREE Decorative Embroidery Workshop

This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop focused on decorative embroidery as a form of visible mending. Participants will learn how to creatively cover stains/marks or just spruce up a garment using simple embroidery techniques, transforming imperfections into design features. The session encourages sustainability, creativity, and confidence in repairing clothes rather than discarding them.
What participants will need to bring:
One garment with a stain, mark, or small area they’d like to repair or embroider (denim, cotton, or similar non-stretch fabrics work best)
No prior embroidery experience required
