We are a Counselling Service, offering non-judgmental counselling to everyone. We are all fully qualified, professional counsellors and members of the professional body the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.Sessions are offered face to face, or Zoom, or by phone depending on what is best for you.
Each session will last for 50 minutes. You will initially be offered 6 sessions. At the 6th session we will review your progress and further sessions will be offered if needed.
