GOAL’s Free Community Yoga series is back this fall! Join us on Wednesdays from August 21st through October 30th from 6pm - 7pm for a FREE yoga class downtown! Each week we will have an instructor from a different local yoga studio lead the session. August and October classes will be held at The Monarch, and September classes will be held at Ogden Municipal Gardens.
No mat? No problem! Bring a blanket or beach towel instead, or borrow one of ours. Invite a friend to join the fun or come make a few new ones. All levels (including beginners) are welcome!
This series is FREE and open to all ages and athletic abilities.
