FREE Community Yoga Classes Taupo Oct 2026

Asia Pacific Yoga would like to invite you to three free yoga classes taught by our yoga teacher trainees at Empower Fitness Taupo.

These classes are open to all locals and visitors alike. These classes will be conducted as part of our current 200 hour yoga teacher training where our teacher trainees will lead you through a lovely Hatha Vinyasa class.

Date : Sunday 25 Oct 2026

Class times are 10.00am – 11.15am, 11.30am – 12.30pm & 3 – 4pm. 

It would be their first time teaching to the public so hopefully you can come to support them. 

Due to hygiene reasons, please bring your own mats if you have them.
