Yoga 101 with Kelley
Class for beginners, an introduction to the practice of yoga.
This class is for you if:
-You’re curious about yoga and have never entered a studio.
-You’ve been to a few yoga classes and still feel like a fish out of water.
-You’ve taken yoga class for years, but no one ever taught you…(finish the sentence).
This 90-minute workshop style class will set a foundation for your continued yoga practice. You will leave feeling more confident and ready to come back to the studio. The class style will be conversational and all questions are welcome. Give yourself the gift of the beginner’s mind.
