Free Community Vinyasa Flow – Led by Yoga Teacher Trainees

All-levels in person Vinyasa class led by graduating Kuti Yoga's Teacher Training Trainees under Supervising Trainer (Amit G)

We’ll start by arriving together with a brief welcome, introductions, and intention setting so you feel grounded and at ease. Then you’ll be guided through a flow that links breath with movement—gentle warm-ups, steady standing and balancing poses, accessible backbends and twists, and a soothing closing sequence to leave you centered and clear. Options are offered throughout, so you can practice in a way that feels right for your body today.

After practice, you’re invited to stay for a casual meet-and-greet and Q&A with the trainees and supervising teacher—ask about poses, modifications, or the teacher training journey, or simply share how the class felt + while enjoying some treats.
