Join recent TNY YTT graduates of our Restorative & the Art of Savasana training module for a special FREE Restorative Yoga class.
All level students welcome, especially beginners. Restorative Yoga is a unique opportunity to utilize yoga props and supports to encourage your body and nervous system to find deep release and healing deeper in the layers of your body. Great to help combat the active lifestyles we live, this class will provide a safe space to relax and let go.
