In times of uncertainty and collective stress, our nervous systems can carry more than we realize. This free community gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently reset—together.Through guided breathwork, sound healing, and nervous-system-supportive practices, we will create a calm, grounded space to support regulation and restoration. There will be intentional acknowledgment of the collective trauma many are holding, while honoring each person’s experience with care and respect. No sharing or participation beyond your comfort level is ever required.
This is a space to rest, feel supported, and remember that healing happens in community.
All are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
