This class is a space for newer teachers to build confidence, experienced teachers to try out new styles, and everyone in between to share their voice. It’s all about showing up, practicing together, and co-creating something real in community.
Every Class is Different
You might land in a grounding Hatha class, flow through Vinyasa, melt into Yin, or explore something totally new. Each teacher brings their own perspective and heart—no two classes are the same, but they’re always welcoming and accessible.
