Body doubling and co-working create a quiet, powerful energy. Being around others who are also getting on with their tasks naturally boosts focus and motivation without pressure, without expectation.

Be sociable if you want, or bring your headphones and stay in your own zone while still benefiting from the shared atmosphere.
