Join us for a free, family-friendly exercise class designed to help you reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and feel fantastic! Suitable for ages 5 and up, this class is all about moving to the music that makes you want to dance. Expect to hear reggae, reggaeton, 90s house, and more!
Why You Should Join:
For Kids: Especially beneficial for neurodivergent children, offering a chance to release tension and emotions through movement.
For Adults: Learn techniques to build resilience to stress through movement and music, and enjoy some great tunes.
For Everyone: Suitable for all bodies, this class is unique because it's not choreographed. Dance your own way with no judgment and no rules. We focus on how the music makes us feel, not on how we look.
What to Bring:
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
A yoga mat or something similar to sit on
Water
Optional: We take our shoes off, but it's not a necessity. Adapt as you prefer.
