This is a special series of classes live in our home studio focused on showcasing how the Yamas (classical yoga virtues) apply to daily civic life, and how those values have been demonstrated through civic engagement and action in the United States of America. Each class begins with a focusing meditation, followed by a presentation on the Yamas and how they have been embodied through civic action. Following the presentation, there will be a group discussion about how to embody the Yamas in our own personal and political lives.
