Explore the energetic dynamics of relationships through partnered Yoga during this special event class at MY YOGA Community Center. This 2-hour event is a partnered Yoga experience designed for partner pairs to connect through seven points of connection (trust, passion, commitment, love, communication, vision, and union), each aligned with the seven chakra energy centers.
The centerpiece of this workshop is a partnered asana (posture) yoga class with partners in close contact and each partner taking turns in active and supportive roles. The movement portion of class will be accessible or adaptable for all bodies and ability levels. The class is also complemented by practices from the Tantra tradition including meditation, breath, and partner connection. Romantic refreshments will be served following the partnered practice.
This is a ticketed class ($60/couple) and you do not need to be an MYCC member to participate. Only one person for each couple needs to register. Space is limited for this class so get signed up as soon as you can!
