We are excited to bring this extensive program and immersion journey to our Green Yogi community!! With presences and care, our Devotional Heart Yoga Teacher Training offers a manifold and comprehensive program for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners alike, inviting you to apply the teachings to your yoga practices, classes, and daily life.
This 300-hour training came into being as an offering for those who wish to study the subtle bodies and yogic texts as a pathway to equilibrium. Inspired by the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya, this immersion guides students through asana, pranayama, mudra, and mantra as keys to access the energetic body. Within the sanctity of the yogic texts, you are invited deeper into your own Heart's wisdom.
Through this program, you will be held and guided on your own exploration of this ancient path toward Moksha (liberation). Within each of the six modules, experience yoga practices as healing sessions. After each guided practice, be led deeper into these wisdom teachings by our senior teachers offering tools for integrating yoga texts into your practices and everyday life. Sutras will be offered to support group discussion and self-reflection.
As trainees in the 300-hour yoga teacher training you will have space and support to curate your own class sequences and personal practices. Within each module, you will have the opportunity to map out multiple practices, creating over 40 sequences throughout the entirety of this immersion program!
The practice of Yoga is deep and vast. Those who embark on this journey are encouraged to show up with an open heart and an open mind. We are here to explore what these teachings have to offer us as practitioners and then how we might transmit those teachings to live our yoga.
