⭐ Please bring your own mat! Reistance bands will be provided, but bring your own if you have one.

What to expect -

Join us for a 45-minute BandFusion Yoga session. The class will begin with a 10-minute yoga warm-up, followed by resistance band work and body-weight exercises for a full-body workout. Please bring a mat and water. Resistance bands will be available, but you can bring your own if prefered!

About Shannon Rose Yoga -

Shannon Stagliano, the founder of shannonroseyoga, is a certified yoga instructor based in the Twin Cities. She began her teaching journey after earning her certification from CorePower Yoga in NYC. Currently, she leads private events and weekly classes at CorePower Yoga and Embrace North. Her classes blend yoga, body-weight exercises, and resistance bands for a total body workout, always concluding with mobility and stretching to aid in recovery. Shannon enjoys meeting new people in the community and creating unique classes tailored to each group!
