This is a comprehensive antenatal course run over 4 days - please ensure you can attend the FULL course before booking:
Session 1 - Saturday 5th September, 9.30am to 12pm, Online
- Getting ready for your baby
- Understanding labour and birth
Session 2 - Saturday 12th September, 9.30am to 12pm, Online
- Your pain management toolkit
- Everything you need to know about interventions
- Navigating the NHS system with confidence
Session 3 - Saturday 19th September, 9.30am to 12pm, Online
- Looking after yourself postpartum
- Looking after your newborn baby
Social - Sunday 20th September, 3 to 5pm, In-person in Chelmsford (venue TBC)
- A chance to meet the rest of your cohort and build your village!
