FREE / "Pay As You Wish" Community Yoga Class – OCTOBER

Come join us for a FREE/Pay As You Wish Community Yoga Class in a welcoming and inclusive environment! Open to all levels. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to pay. Donation is appreciated but not required. All proceeds will go directly to Cucala Dance Company, the generous studio that has made these community events possible.

This class is designed to be accessible and grounding for all levels. We explore the physical and mental self through a balance of movement and stillness. At times, we move dynamically to build strength and focus; at others, we slow down to investigate the essential actions within each pose. Some sessions energize the body through active movement, while others emphasize restorative postures to soothe the nervous system.

Each class meets you exactly where you are with presence, curiosity, and care.
